RHS 'Rebuilding the Tradition' brick fundraiser underway

Russellville High School Principal Jeremy Madden recently announced a new fundraiser school officials are calling Rebuilding the Tradition.
The fundraiser allows donors to purchase a personalized brick for either $100 (4x8) or $125 (8x8). The bricks will be placed in the new sidewalks in the former quad area near the main building.
Each brick will be personalized, so purchasers can honor a loved one, alumnus or RHS supporter, or recognize a business, graduating class, etc.
“The possibilities are endless for you to leave a legacy at RHS—purchase one for yourself as an alumni or supporter, in honor or in memory of a loved one, or purchase one in honor of your business or graduating class,” Madden said.
Bricks may be purchased in person at Russellville High School during school hours or by visiting the LeanStream link listed on the school's webpage, www.rcs.k12.al.us.
“I'm very excited about our brick project that will allow our past graduates to be able to connect forever with RHS where they have so many fond memories,” Madden said. “This project is going to allow us to restore the old main building and make up-to-date learning spaces for our current and future students.
“This will include more graphics and designs that are based on RHS tradition, legends and heroes,” he added.
