Each team member received a framed resolution approved by the council. In addition to the team’s overall runner-up finish, several team members finished runner-up in singles and doubles, including: Peyton Parrish, #1 singles, Kinsley Palmer, #4 singles, Sarah Kate Kiel, #6 singles and Lily Cate Pace/Palmer, #3 doubles.

The council presented Dollar with a resolution noting her having been selected to coach the North girls’ tennis team at next month’s AHSAA North-South All Star Week. Other team members honored by the council included Sofia Tiffin, Addie Strickland, Kaitlin Speck and Lakin Derrick.

Miss RHS 2024, Annie Willis, daughter of Nick and Heather Willis, was honored by the council and received a framed resolution recognizing her achievement.

RHS graduate Tait Barnes, accompanied by RHS track and field coach Chris Boatwright, received a framed resolution from the council honoring his 5A boys’ state championship in the javelin.
