BREAKING NEWS: The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Russellville Police Department, served a search warrant on a home at 802 Mullins, Russellville, late this morning.
Arrested was Mark Hurley, who lives at the address where the search warrant was served. Hurley was charged with Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, two county of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He remains in the Franklin County Jail pending a bond hearing according to Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver.
All suspects remain innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
